Starting her career at the University of Missouri-Columbia, Sandidge has been passionately serving students in higher education for 20 years. Since her time at UT, she has worked closely with First-Year Experience, New Student Orientation, Veterans Success Center, UT Success Academy, and was on the Center for Global Engagement Campus Partners Committee. She enjoys helping students have a successful first year and is passionate about seeing everyone live out their full potential.

Sandidge has a B.A. in theatre and M.S. in personal financial planning. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Leadership and Instructional Practice at UT Chattanooga.
