Dr. Noelia Pacheco-Diaz, Co-Chair and Assessment Coordinator for the Office of Student Life Assessment & Strategic Initiatives guides the newly established Commission for the Latin American Volunteer Experience (CLAVE), which seeks to amplify community engagement for faculty, staff, and students of Central American, South American, Caribbean, Spanish or Portuguese cultural or biological heritage as co-chair for the commission.

She recently earned her PhD in Evaluation Statistics and Measurement in the Educational Psychology and Counseling Department. She earned her Masters in Spanish Literature from Ohio State University, where she also worked as a Spanish lecturer.
