Her practice is primarily concerned with creating and coordinating comprehensive, student-centered assessment practices to ensure that students from all backgrounds can thrive within the structures and systems of higher education. In addition to her role at the university, she serves as the Operations Coordinator for Student Affairs Assessment Leaders, a national organization dedicated to enhancing the capabilities and dialogue of assessment professionals in higher education.
Before joining the DAE team, Shiloh gained valuable experience in assessment roles at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and James Madison University.
