L.E.A.D. Scholars Program

The L.E.A.D. (Leadership, Engagement, Access, and Development) Scholars program engages and supports students who demonstrate integrity, leadership potential, and a commitment to contributing positively to campus and community life.

The L.E.A.D. Scholars Program is a distinctive, two-year experience designed to support undergraduate students who demonstrate academic motivation and a strong interest in leadership, engagement, and service. This immersive program brings together a cohort of students committed to growing as individuals and contributing meaningfully to their communities.

By engaging in hands-on projects, guided curriculum, dialogue, and guided exploration, L.E.A.D. Scholars broaden their perspectives and deepen their ability to lead in a variety of settings. The program not only prepares students to make a positive impact during their time on campus but also equips them with tools to serve and lead well beyond graduation.
