As part of her role, Nicole analyzes candidate pools and demographic data to ensure fairness and consistency within exempt staff searches, adhering to best practices. Additionally, she leads orientation sessions tailored for search committee chairs engaged in exempt staff searches.

Nicole is an alumna of the University of Tennessee Haslam College of Business, acquiring her Master of Science degree in Management and Human Resources. Previously, she completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, FL.

Prior to moving to Knoxville Nicole lived in South Florida and worked for the University of Miami for ten years as an Administrative Assistant to a Department Head.
